You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Send spam, bulk unsolicited, or illegal messages
Violate WhatsApp commerce, messaging, or opt-in policies
Use ChatAPI for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities

6. End-User Consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your end-users.
ChatAPI is not responsible for message content or end-user disputes.
Any legal liability arising from user communications remains with the user.
7. Payments & Billing
All services are offered on a prepaid or subscription basis.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
8. Third-Party Services
ChatAPI integrates with third-party platforms including Meta Platforms, Inc.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, and content belong to ChatAPI.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell ChatAPI services without written permission.
10. Suspension & Termination
ChatAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
For violation of these Terms
For non-payment
For violation of Meta or legal policies
No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to policy violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
ChatAPI shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Data loss due to user negligence
WhatsApp account bans imposed by Meta
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ChatAPI harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your message content
Violation of laws or third-party rights
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh courts.
